2025 Updates to Good Distinctions

Hello everyone,

I hope you are having a fantastic 2025!

Just a small update, I have not been seeing favorable metrics on YouTube with posting only once every two weeks. So, beginning next week, I will only be posting podcast episodes in audio form here on Substack and then on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

With the occasional exception (when I have something I really want to say), I will be taking a hiatus from doing interviews until I am done with my doctorate. It’s coming along, but I’m definitely spreading myself too thin. On top of my doctoral research, I teach High School full time, teach undergrad theology as an adjunct, and have a wife and two kids. So… I’m busy enough.

That being said, I have seven more episodes recorded and ready to go for you! I have decided to keep my every two week posting to spread them out a bit. So, you can expect episodes through early April. And, after that, who knows… maybe I will do more short episodes with just me talking about a topic (maybe my doctoral research?!).

Be on the lookout for the occasional written post on various topics. I will also be presenting you with reviews and recommendations of new titles from various publishers such as TAN Books, Ignatius Press, Sophia Institute Press, Ave Maria Press, and so forth.
